Kalara sleeps up to 8 guests & is located on the Raymond Island koala track & is the ideal getaway for couples, families or groups. Nestled on a quiet bushy street, this quaint 3 bedroom house is less than 100 metres from the water & public boat ramp & 300 metres to the playground. The vehicular ferry leaves Paynesville every 20 minutes & in just a couple of minutes you disembark on to Raymond island for a truly relaxing getaway ... away from it all!

The house consists of 2 x Queen bedroom & 1 x bunk bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 bathroom & 2 x toilets, excellent deck area for entertaining & feeding the birds, BBQ, split level living/ dining area with seperate lounge / TV area & sitting / kitchen area, indoor wood fire, split system

House is quite comfortable, and we had a nice relaxing break with our dogs. The booking was a bit of a schmozzle but everyone I dealt with was very helpful. The house is in need of some TLC though and could have been cleaner, particularly in the kitchen. The bed in the main bedroom needs attention soon as it seems to have some broken springs and was so uncomfortable I chose to sleep in the other Queen on our second night. We really liked Raymond Island - lovely walks, drives, excellent restaurants in nearby Paynesville, and the ferry trips were a lovely novelty.
